SDG's business style​

​Opening a restaurant is very easy. All you have to do is pay money, acquire properties, prepare equipment, and make products to offer. Anyone can do it. So when I look around, I see that new stores are opening one after another. On the other hand, huh? I often wonder what the store was before this store. Yes, it's easy to close restaurants. All you have to do is tear down the interior and return the property to the landlord. But these are only superficial physical phenomena. So what is the essence?

A restaurant is a for-profit business. It is meaningless if the investment of opening a store is not recovered and profit is not generated. Furthermore, it must continue to generate profits over the long term. Management is a long-term game. And the most important thing in that long-term battle is to develop a business format that can be supported as a reasonable price to secure healthy profits, and to continue to maintain that quality. Prices will continue to rise in the future. Even bargaining has its limits. However, simply taking advantage of price hikes will inevitably lead to weeding out.
